At Dame Oliver’s, we’re delighted to stock garments from Adini, a company which produces a unique look built on a history which started in India but also has its roots in 1970s London.

The Adini story began in the early 1970s with the beginning of bohemian, hippy fashion, when one man started manufacturing in Delhi and sent brightly coloured kaftans, smocked dresses and gypsy blouses to London. The look was inspired by the colours, vibrancy and craftsmanship of India, and it fused with the buzz of 1970s London with an eclectic music scene, flares and festival fashion.

Adini is now one of the most successful British boutique brands in the UK, with 40 years’ experience, with an ethos and a creative drive that is as strong today as it was at its inception.
